This page is full of links that may help with creating a neocities site, graphics, general advice and etc. It is also where I place stuff I've used as a way to credit the people who inadvertedly inspired me and helped me!

CSS & HTML

HTMLdog - Has HTML, CSS and JS courses.
W3Schools - This has helped me so much through allowing me to experiment and learn.. I cannot stress it enough.
MozillaDevelopers - Interesting use for those with firefox.

Templates/Layouts

sadgrlonline layouts - From what I've seen, most people go with sadgrlonline's layouts! Me included.
cinninet - All of the layouts there look so cool I can't function for longer than an hour while looking at them.
zonelets - People use this for their blogs.
zoner - Another helpful blog engine (can also convert markdown files into html files!)

Decorative Materials: Graphics, effects, etc

Necronomicon - Has loads of scaryish graphics, backgrounds and etc that you can use.
Gifcities - Large amount of gifs, may lag.
sadgrl tile bgs - tile backgrounds for you!
blinkiescafe - Honestly THE blinkie site if you ask me, AND you can make your own!
